Power-Plus stands behind all of our products and suppliers with a firm commitment to quality. We make every effort to ensure products are tested and without damage prior to leaving our warehouse.

In the event a return is necessary, you must first request a Return Materials Authorization number. Once provided, the RMA number must be clearly marked on the package upon return to our Warehouse.

Returns for DOA or defective items within the manufacturer warranty period shall be repaired or replaced in accordance to the manufacturers guarantee.

To request a return authorization, please call one of our helpful staff at 1-800-963-0066, Monday thru Friday 8pm - 5pm PST. Please have the following information ready: part number or model, detailed description of problem, and the original purchase order information.
